Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily greenhouse labor and crop handling tasks

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Monitor the condition of harvested crops and report issues

• Train staff on equipment use and handling procedures

• Track harvest progress and report updates to management

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years of related work experience

• Proficiency in English;
Spanish is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills

• Passion for quality and teamwork in crop production
