In this role, you will be vital in managing daily sanitation operations under the guidance of the Sanitation Manager. Responsibilities include leading sanitation staff, ensuring the implementation of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), conducting inspections, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing sanitation

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Proficient in reporting with Microsoft Office
