In this on-site role, you'll coordinate sanitation tasks per established safety standards. Leading the sanitation crew, you will ensure adherence to all guidelines, including GMPs and HACCP. Your ability to maintain high cleaning standards and effectively manage the inventory will play a vital role in achieving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sanitation operations according to SSOPs

• Train and mentor sanitation team members

• Conduct routine ATP testing to verify sanitation

• Maintain sanitation records and chemical usage

• Communicate concerns regarding safety to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in sanitation roles

• Familiarity with food safety protocols

• 1 year of team leadership experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
