Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies

• Lead Kaizen, 5S, and waste elimination initiatives

• Standardize work processes collaboratively

• Monitor performance management through visual tools

• Train staff on Lean tools and principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management

• Lean Manufacturing certification required

• 5+ years in OpEx roles within manufacturing

• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems

• Experience in automation integration
