In this full-time role, you will work alongside the Packaging Team Lead to secure the quality of tofu packaging while adhering to GMP standards. You’ll focus on proper sanitation, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe production practices. This position provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify final product net weight and code date accuracy

• Maintain product integrity by avoiding damaged packaging

• Collaborate with the Packaging Team Lead on packaging standards

• Train and mentor fellow team members for skill enhancement

• Follow safety regulations and report issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced production setting

• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities

• Commitment to GMP practices and safety

• Reliable transportation to Delta, BC

• Availability for night shifts (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
