Greenhouse Crop Handling Supervisor

Lead the greenhouse harvest operations at Rubicon Organics in Delta, BC, as a Farm Operation Supervisor. Oversee crop handling activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

The Farm Operation Supervisor is a hands-on leader with at least three years of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation or greenhouse production. This role includes supervising daily harvests, coordinating workers, and facilitating training while maintaining biosecurity protocols and crop quality. Strong communication skills and a focus on a respectful workplace culture are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise greenhouse labourers in daily harvest tasks

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and quality standards

• Monitor condition of harvested crop material

• Assist in training workers on harvest procedures

• Track daily harvest and crop handling progress

Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent education

• Minimum three years in cannabis cultivation or agriculture

• Knowledge of crop handling and quality standards

• Experience leading or training employees is an asset

• English proficiency required, Spanish preferred
