Shipping Supervisor Day Shift M+J Woodcrafts

Lead the shipping department at M+J Wood crafts as a Day Shift Supervisor. Collaborate with Customer Service and ensure efficient operations, quality control, and timely shipments.

This full-time role focuses on organizing and instructing your team in the shipping and receiving department. You'll prioritize daily shipments, manage packaging for finished products, and perform quality checks. Your experience in ERP systems will aid in maintaining accuracy and supporting machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and instruct shipping/receiving department team

• Prioritize and manage daily shipment tasks

• Oversee packaging and shipping of finished doors

• Conduct quality control checks before shipping

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ERP systems

• Reliable with strong self-motivation

• Capable of lifting 40-70 lbs throughout the day

• Forklift operation knowledge required

• Ability to assist machine operators as needed
