Advanced Sanitation Technician - Night Shift

You'll report to the Team Lead and focus on executing sanitation procedures to comply with food safety regulations. Your work will ensure the production facility meets audit-ready standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and equipment

• Complete sanitation logs and verification records accurately

• Participate in internal and external audits as needed

• Identify sanitation risks and equipment issues for reporting

• Support workflow during peak cleaning operations

Requirements:

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years sanitation experience in a regulated setting

• Familiarity with HACCP and chemical safety

• Mechanical skills for equipment handling

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs consistently
