Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor at WillScot
Lead a dynamic team as a Production Supervisor with Will Scot, ensuring safety and quality in construction operations. This role requires oversight of work orders and effective vendor collaboration.

As a Production Supervisor, you will coach an in-house team while managing relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Your leadership will directly affect safety protocols, and you will implement training for a culture of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety meetings and inspections regularly

• Manage operating standards and staff training sessions

• Oversee weekly work order performance reviews

• Ensure timely inspections and accurate billings on rentals

• Drive first-time quality through root cause analysis

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred

• Knowledge of Lean fundamentals recommended

• Proficient in MS Office/Outlook

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is desirable
