The role encompasses supervising daily activities related to greenhouse harvest and post-harvest crop handling. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and safety standards are met. Previous experience in crop handling and strong leadership abilities are necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee greenhouse labor and crop handling activities
• Maintain compliance with quality and sanitation standards
• Facilitate effective communication between harvest teams
• Track progress and report results to the Cultivation Manager
• Ensure proper training for staff in safety and operations
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in related fields
• Fluent in English;
Spanish is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and operational management skills
• Committed to fostering a cooperative work environment
