At Silgan, we're looking for a Production Technician to support our manufacturing team in everyday operations. This position involves loading products, monitoring quality, and assisting machine operators in daily tasks. You'll play a key role in the efficiency of production while creating a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load products into trailers from production lines

• Monitor, clear, and reset production lines effectively

• Assist operators during machine start-up and shutdown

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing

• Capable of lifting 10 lbs and standing for long durations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Available for rotating shift schedules
