Pre-Rolls Machine Production Operator Position

Join Village Farms as a Pre-rolls Machine Production Operator and play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. This on-site role focuses on maintaining sophisticated machinery while ensuring high standards of production quality.

As part of the Production team, you will set up and operate advanced Pre-rolls machines, performing routine maintenance and quality checks. You will be responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining a clean workspace according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Your attention to detail is paramount as you manage production processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Pre-rolls machines following safety protocols

• Load and clean production equipment daily

• Conduct quality checks and assist in product packaging

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain a clean work environment

• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of production experience

• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery is preferred

• Lift 30-40 pounds; standing for long periods required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
