Lead Motor Vehicle Assembly Supervisor

Join us as a Lead Motor Vehicle Assembly Supervisor, where you will manage a dedicated team in a permanent role. Enjoy a fast-paced environment with 40 to 50 hours of work each week.

You will oversee 3-4 assemblers and inspectors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and productivity goals. Responsibilities include scheduling, training staff in their duties, and recommending measures to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Your role also involves preparing reports and utilizing dispatching equipment for coordinated operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of assembly workers

• Ensure safety protocols and quality inspections are met

• Train and develop staff on procedures and policies

• Submit reports on productivity and process improvements

• Monitor and inspect ongoing assembly operations

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
