Dough Mixer at Golden West Baking

Join Golden West Baking as a Dough Mixer, where you will handle dough production in a state-of-the-art facility on Anacis Island. This position features 12-hour shifts and a focus on maintaining operational excellence.

In this hands-on role, you will operate the Muffin Mixer #2 and ensure the scaling area remains organized. You will strictly follow mixing schedules and formulas, collaborating with team members to ensure quality and efficiency. Adhering to GMPs is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Muffin Mixer and Dough pump effectively

• Follow strict mixing guidelines for dough production

• Keep ingredient bins organized and clean

• Maintain logs and report issues promptly

• Assist with general machinery cleaning when necessary

Requirements:

• Certified in scissor lift operation

• Ability to regularly lift 25 kg

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience working in high-pressure environments

• Familiarity with GMPs and SOPs
