This position entails following strict recipes, scaling ingredients, and ensuring that the muffin mixing area meets cleanliness standards. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and quality of our muffin production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Dough pump and Muffin Mixer #2

• Ensure organized and clean mixing environment

• Strictly follow Mixing and Formula schedules

• Log equipment functionality and maintenance issues

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding requests

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment

• Able to lift and handle weights of 25 kg

• Authorized to operate scissor lifts

• Strong communication for effective teamwork

• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices
