Take your career to the next level with Golden West Baking as a Mixer Operator, based on Anacis Island. This position features 12-hour shifts focused on dough mixing and quality assurance.
As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Muffin Mixer #2 and maintaining the mixing area. You will follow detailed formulas while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. Effective communication with fellow team members is paramount to support production goals and compliance with GMPs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete pre-shift equipment checks
• Mix dough to precise specifications
• Scale ingredients with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Promptly report discrepancies to supervisors
Requirements:
• Authorized to operate scissor lifts
• Capable of lifting weights up to 25 kg
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety protocols
