Sanitation Team Lead at Village Farms

As a Team Lead - Sanitation, you will report to the Sanitation Supervisor and oversee all sanitation operations. Your responsibilities will include leading team members, executing the Master Sanitation Schedule, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a commitment to maintaining audit-ready environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sanitation activities following SSOPs

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning

• Conduct ATP swab testing for sanitation effectiveness

• Maintain sanitation inventory and chemicals

• Report operational concerns to the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a sanitation role

• 1 year of experience in a Team Lead capacity preferred

• Familiarity with GMPs and HACCP

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong leadership and communication skills
