• Operate Muffin Mixer #1 and Dough pump efficiently.

• Complete Pre-Operational checklist before starting.

• Ensure accurate scaling and organization of ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness of mixing areas and equipment.

• Report any mechanical issues or ingredient shortages promptly.

Requirements:

• Authorized to operate scissor lifts and high-reach equipment.

• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg regularly.

• Strong communication skills for team interaction.
