Position: Hands-On Production Associate at Santevia
Become a key player in Santevia's production team as a hands-on Production Associate. This role focuses on assembling water filtration products while adhering to quality and safety standards.

In this physically demanding position, you will work directly on the production line, handling tasks such as assembling filters, packaging products, and reworking any non-conforming items. You will collaborate with your team and report to the Warehouse Operations Manager. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset, while no prior manufacturing experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Santevia water filtration products on the production line

• Package finished goods according to safety specifications

• Inspect products for quality during assembly and packaging

• Report production issues to the Warehouse Operations Manager

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to 5S standards

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely

• Strong work ethic and reliability for full shifts

• Attention to detail and safety-centered mindset

• Basic computer literacy for ERP systems

• Team player willing to assist in various tasks
