Lead hydrocarbon extraction at Rubicon Organics using closed-loop systems, precise process controls, and hands-on production leadership in a controlled facility.
As Hydrocarbon Lead, you will coordinate daily extraction activities and support operators. You will follow temperature, pressure, solvent, and cycle parameters. The role supports product quality, equipment performance, training, documentation, safety, and process consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily extraction using closed-loop hydrocarbon systems
- Coordinate assignments according to production priorities
- Monitor runs and identify process concerns
- Train operators on procedures and equipment
- Support cleaning, changeovers, and equipment activities
- Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
- One to three years in C1D1 environments
- Ability to follow parameters, SOPs, and safety requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Spanish proficiency and respirator fit-test completion
