Niagara Health is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse with a strong commitment to patient-centered service. In this role, you will leverage your nursing knowledge to deliver safe and competent care while supporting patient education initiatives. A minimum of one year experience in a full-scope nursing practice is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality patient care through consultation and expertise
• Utilize nursing skills in medication administration
• Perform physical assessments and monitor patient health
• Facilitate patient discharge and education processes
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to enhance care
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BCLS certification current within the last year
• Experience in IV therapy and medication protocols
• Ability to perform physical assessments accurately
• Commitment to diversity in patient care
