This position involves working under the Clinical Operations Manager within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess patients' needs, provide individualized nursing care, and participate in developing care plans, all while operating under BCCNM standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patients' physiological and psychological needs
• Promote patient involvement and support in healthcare decisions
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning meetings
• Provide nursing care per established policies and evaluate outcomes
• Conduct admissions, discharges, and transfers according to policies
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM as an LPN
• Effective communication skills verbally and in writing
• Ability to work within BCCNM full scope competencies
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
