Community Licensed Practical Nurse

As a member of our dynamic team, you will leverage your nursing skills to assess, plan, and evaluate care for clients.
You'll work with in the competency guidelines established by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. This position emphasizes effective communication and collaboration to support clients' physiological and emotional needs in a community health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor client strengths and needs
• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Organize and prioritize client care effectively
• Facilitate health education for clients
• Document and report nursing observations accurately
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (BCCNM)
• CPR Level C and First Aid certifications
• Grade 12 and approved Practical Nursing program
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Capable of independent and collaborative work
