We are seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Urgent Primary Care team at Community South Fraser. You will deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with healthcare professionals, assessing patient needs, and providing interventions. Leverage your nursing expertise in an environment dedicated to community health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to urgent care clients
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and documentation
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for client transitions
• Support clients and families in healthcare navigation
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• One year recent clinical experience in acute or urgent care
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to promote culturally sensitive client care
Contribute to optimizing patient care outcomes as a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health.
