Fraser Health is seeking dedicated Casual Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to clients in urgent and primary settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Conduct client assessments and develop effective care plans
• Facilitate transitions across the continuum of care
• Advocate for patients and aid in decision-making processes
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation
Requirements:
• Registration with BCCNM as a practicing Registered Nurse
• Relevant clinical experience in acute or community care
• BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle essential
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of fostering a culturally sensitive care environment
