Key Responsibilities:
• Lead educational initiatives for wound and skin care
• Model best practices for clinical staff and learners
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for improved care
• Develop and assess educational materials and programs
• Participate in research and quality enhancement projects
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the BCCNM
• 3 years experience in clinical wound care
• Leadership or education experience desired
• BC Driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Strong ability to communicate and mentor
