• Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress across assigned units
• Administer medications safely while monitoring patient response
• Support care planning and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and standards
• Ensure a safe, structured, and patient-focused care environment

Location:

Assignments available across British Columbia (Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Victoria, and more)

Shifts:

Flexible scheduling with day and night availability (8-hour and 12-hour rotations)

✨ Environment:

• 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience (acute care, long-term care, community, or specialty units)
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
• Active BCCNM registration (or eligibility) for RN/LPN roles
• Strong clinical, communication, and adaptability skills
• Commitment to patient-centered and collaborative care
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
