Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide operational oversight and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality care and services.

Required Qualifications
  • Eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
  • Proven leadership (3+ years) experience in long‑term care or healthcare management.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets, contracts, union relations, and service partnerships.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience with innovative care models or approaches to elder care; familiarity with LEADS capabilities (Lead Self, Engage Others, Achieve Results, Develop Coalitions, Systems Transformation).
