Administrator / Director of Care (RN/RPN)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 CAD

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide operational oversight and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality care and services.

- Quality Oversight: Lead initiatives to enhance resident care, quality improvement, and compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve excellence in seniors' care. - Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, contracts, and service partner performance while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Proven leadership (3+ years) experience in long‑term care or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, union relations, and service partnerships.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Experience with innovative care models or approaches to elder care; familiarity with LEADS capabilities (Lead Self, Engage Others, Achieve Results, Develop Coalitions, Systems Transformation).
