Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Relief Full Time Registered Nurse to contribute to patient care in the Emergency department until approximately July 2027. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality care delivery. This role requires strong patient advocacy and effective communication skills with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and collect clinical information effectively

• Collaborate with families to develop care plans

• Prioritize and delegate tasks for nursing care

• Document nursing assessments and patient responses

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Postgraduate coursework in emergency preferred

• Experience in clinical assessment and emergency settings

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
