Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and compassionate resident care daily

• Report and monitor resident health and changes

• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and staff

• Perform nursing duties as assigned by Care Manager

• Engage with families for holistic care approach

Requirements:

• Actively registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory

• Previous dementia care experience an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English

• Criminal Records Check required before start date
