Community-Based Registered Nurse

Position: Community-Based Registered Nurse Role
Become a vital part of Fraser Health's Urgent Primary Care team as a Registered Nurse in Delta, B.C. Focus on patient-centered care through assessments and follow-ups.

We are hiring a Casual Registered Nurse to support urgent care services at Community South Fraser. This role requires collaboration with healthcare providers to encompass holistic client care and effective health promotion. You will manage patient interactions and ensure quality care across community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely nursing care in urgent primary settings

• Assess client health concerns and develop care strategies

• Facilitate communication among healthcare professionals

• Conduct outreach nursing and home visits as required

• Review and maintain accurate patient care documentation

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• At least one year of clinical experience in related areas

• A valid BC Driver's license and usage of a personal vehicle

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
