This position requires a Registered Nurse with at least three years of recent wound and skin care experience and leadership abilities. As part of the Home Health Team, you will lead clinical practice, deliver education, and engage in quality improvement initiatives while fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals. Your expertise will directly influence staff and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evidence-based wound care practices

• Conduct direct client care and mentoring

• Facilitate educational activities for staff and families

• Assess and evaluate educational program effectiveness

• Engage in interdisciplinary communication and teamwork

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Three years of clinical wound care experience

• Leadership experience in a community health setting

• Valid BC Driver's license

• Completion of a recognized wound management course
