In this vital role, you will leverage your nursing expertise for educational initiatives within the Medicine team at Delta Hospital. You will develop evidence-informed programs, fulfill educational needs, and deliver compelling presentations to facilitate learning. Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance staff skills while participating in quality improvement and risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine education priorities based on learner needs
• Develop and revise evidence-based educational programs
• Deliver learner-centered education through various methods
• Schedule activities and maintain attendance tracking
• Evaluate effectiveness of educational programs
Requirements:
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum three years of related clinical experience
• At least one year of education or leadership experience
• Completion of relevant post-graduate coursework
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to vehicle
