This role empowers Registered Nurses to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in alignment with BCCNM policies. You will engage with interdisciplinary teams, enhance patient education, and adapt care plans based on patient needs and family involvement. Successful applicants will drive their professional development through applicable postgraduate nursing courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients using clinical observation and data review
• Develop care plans in collaboration with families
• Coordinate nursing interventions and delegate tasks
• Provide patient education on health maintenance
• Document care and monitor patient progress
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Commitment to ongoing learning in specialty nursing
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
