Registered Nurse; RN

Registered Nurse (RN)  Mimak Care is seeking qualified and compassionate  Registered Nurses (RNs)  for assignments across British Columbia and Alberta, including long-term care, assisted living, and complex care facilities.
Requirements  Applicants must have:
Current, active RN registration in good standing:
BC:  British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

Valid RN practice licence/permit with no restrictions preventing the assigned work.
Graduate of a recognized nursing education program.
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Recent criminal record check and Vulnerable Sector Check
TB screening completed within the timeframe
Current immunization/health records
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to provide safe care to residents with complex, chronic, dementia, and geriatric care needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians, HCAs, LPNs, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Experience with complex care and dementia care is an asset.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Provincial Licensing   British Columbia:  RN applicants must hold an active practising licence with BCCNM and practise within BCCNM's standards, scope, and conditions.
Mimak Care may require additional documentation, screening, training, or competencies depending on the client facility and assignment.
