Position: Relief Full Time Nurse at Fraser Health
Be a key player at Fraser Health as a Relief Full Time Registered Nurse in the Medicine Unit at Delta Hospital, Delta, B.C. This role emphasizes delivering essential nursing care until approximately March 2027.

As part of an interprofessional team, you will deliver comprehensive care while developing empathetic relationships with patients and their families. The successful candidate should have a strong background in nursing assessments, care planning, and patient education. Your ability to provide compassionate patient advocacy will play an integral role in the success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments

• Participate in interdisciplinary care and discharge planning

• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Organize nursing care and prioritize tasks effectively

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and research

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Nursing program

• Registration with the BCCNM as a practicing RN

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration

• Proven ability to teach and support self-care

• Capacity to manage physical demands of the position
