- Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma - Experience:
Will train Tasks - Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
- Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market Support for youths
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
