Village Farms Quality Assurance Associate

In this position at Village Farms International, you will support the daily functions of QA to ensure products are released per established quality standards and regulations. Engage in batch release, documentation accuracy, and assist in resolving quality issues through effective investigations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate batch release activities and ERP updates

• Maintain accurate QA documentation for audits

• Review and approve labels and COAs

• Manage complaint documentation and follow-up actions

• Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in biological or food sciences

• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in regulated industries

• Understanding of GPP and Cannabis Act regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP tools

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
