Delta Quality Assurance Supervisor Position

Step into the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor at Happy Planet in Delta, BC, and play a critical part in ensuring food safety and quality standards. This position requires leadership and a keen eye for detail.

As our QA Supervisor, you will manage the document control system and lead the QA team through regular Quality and Safety meetings. This role also involves stepping in for the QA Manager when required, providing meaningful oversight in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in food quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in monthly meetings

• Manage audit compliance and document management

• Fill in for the QA Manager during absences

• Create SOPs and documentation for new products

• Oversee audit schedules and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related discipline

• 3+ years experience in QA supervision

• Knowledge of HACCP and organic standards

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
