As a key player in the QA department, you will conduct inspections and sampling, performing various tests to ensure every chocolate product meets quality expectations. Your attention to detail will directly impact food safety compliance and contribute to the overall excellence of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed inspections of in-process and final products
• Monitor critical control points for HACCP compliance
• Collect samples and perform physical and chemical tests
• Maintain cleanliness of lab equipment and quality records
• Assist with internal and external audits as required
Requirements:
• Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance setting
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and audits
• Strong documentation and observational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
