Quality Assurance Associate at Village Farms

Become a pivotal player in Quality Assurance with Village Farms International in Delta, British Columbia. In this full-time role, ensure product quality through batch release and documentation accuracy.

The Associate, Quality Assurance supports daily QA operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. This position involves reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs), updating ERP systems, and assisting in quality investigations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain the exceptional quality standards at Pure Sunfarms while focusing on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and release batches following quality standards

• Review and approve COAs and client documentation

• Maintain accurate QA records for compliance and audits

• Support complaint management and corrective actions

• Contribute to SOPs and training documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical sciences

• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience

• Knowledge of GPP/GMP guidelines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
