Quality Management System Leader

As Manager of Quality Systems, you will ensure the ongoing enhancement of the Quality Management System to support operational efficiency and compliance. You will lead a dedicated team to monitor regulatory adherence while also spearheading audits and quality training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage controlled document lifecycle and change controls

• Align quality systems with regulatory standards

• Lead the training system for onboarding and compliance

• Conduct internal audits and manage findings

• Drive the implementation of eQMS across sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

• Minimum 5 years in QA roles within regulated sectors

• At least 3 years in management capacity

• Knowledge of GxP and relevant regulations

• Strong analytical skills for quality monitoring
