The Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist role at Phoenix Glass invites candidates to bring their expertise in quality management to improve manufacturing quality processes. You will review the QC manual, develop essential procedures, and lead the digitization of quality records. This hands-on position collaborates closely with various departments to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and refine the QC program practices
• Create effective QC checklists and documentation
• Manage and perform inspections throughout manufacturing
• Address recurring quality issues with root-cause analysis
• Ensure oversight of preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Strong ability with technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies
• Comfortable working directly in a manufacturing setting
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
