The Quality Engineer is pivotal in ensuring adherence to Latecoere's Quality Management System. Supporting Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams, you’ll address non-conformance management, perform root cause analysis, and monitor quality performance. This position directly influences product quality on aerospace and defense projects through rigorous inspections and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards
• Support production with daily Quality Engineering tasks
• Review and verify inspection documentation for completeness
• Implement effective controls to prevent defects
• Monitor quality trends to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Quality, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant quality engineering experience
• Familiarity with AS9100 and aerospace standards
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
