Elevate your career with Pomerleau as a Quality Inspector in Delta, BC. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout all phases of construction work.
As a Quality Inspector, you will independently monitor construction activities, apply execution documents, and verify adherence to approved Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). With an emphasis on quality documentation, you’ll also serve as the primary contact for inspections and audits while participating in continuous site presence and active engagement with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect construction work for adherence to quality standards
• Review and analyze execution documents for compliance
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
• Document and resolve quality issues with teams
• Conduct inspections for hold points and authorize work
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering
• 2-3 years of related experience required
• Member of EGBC; valid driver's license
• Construction safety training certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
