Shape the future of medical research with Baylis Medical Technologies as a Medical Affairs Scientist in Mississauga, ON. This hybrid role emphasizes clinical evidence generation and scientific innovation.
As part of the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team, you will be integral in developing evidence-generation strategies and supporting a range of research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting studies, literature reviews, and collaborating with physicians and researchers to advance pivotal research concepts. The role also aims to strengthen the overall evidence base within the organization through independent investigations and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop evidence strategies across clinical and post-market research
• Support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses
• Analyze clinical and real-world data for insights
• Create impactful scientific communications and reports
Requirements:
• Master's degree, PhD, or MD in a relevant field
• Experience in independent scientific research
• Strong understanding of research methodologies
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
