Purpose:

Leverage retail proficiency to deliver an exceptional Kate Spade experience, achieving personal sales goals while fostering customer connections.

• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
• Create a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.

• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and drive business events.

• Communicate Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
• Elevate client service and sales through feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including register cash count, bank deposits, and facility security.

• Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Available to work store schedule, evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.
