Full-time, Permanent, 30‑40 hours per week. Salary: $24.50 per hour. Overtime required. Shift options:
Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call. Starts as soon as possible. Vacancies: 1.

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.).
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Hire and train or arrange training of staff.
• Teach interest or professional development courses.
• Co‑ordinate and supervise the design team that plans and develops permanent and temporary exhibits for retail spaces.
• Establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organise and maintain inventory.
• Oversee payroll administration.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.

• High school graduation certificate.
• 2 to 3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Experience in men’s clothing retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, training and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
• Handling heavy loads, manual dexterity required.
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods.
• Ability to distinguish between colours.

• Canadian citizen, permanent or temporary resident with a valid work permit.
