Lids Sports Group is on the lookout for a dedicated 3rd Key to join its retail team. Keyholders are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service, exceeding sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout. Successful candidates will embody the Lids spirit and showcase exceptional knowledge of products tailored to individual tastes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster revenue growth by providing excellent customer service
• Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness regularly
• Manage inventory tasks and process shipments efficiently
• Adhere to all company dress and conduct standards
• Comply with all Lids Retail policies and practices
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Support lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
• Capable of standing for long durations
• Must climb ladders and manage overhead tasks
• Legal work authorization in Canada required
