As a key member of our Merchandiser team, you will work independently in various retail environments, ensuring greeting card departments are well-stocked and arranged. Ideal candidates are motivated, energetic, and enjoy engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Your responsibilities include reordering products, setting up displays, and reporting back to your Field Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain greeting card displays at retail stores
• Reorder merchandise and set up seasonal offerings
• Ensure products are properly straightened and presented
• Communicate with Field Manager about returns and inventory
• Follow prescribed service schedules independently
Requirements:
• Energetic and reliable approach to work
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
• Comfortable with standing for long periods
• Flexible availability to accommodate scheduling needs
